Adamas Chardonnay 2005 A classic Burgundian White, hints of citrus fruits and a slight minerality on the nose. Lively acidity on the palate with a burst of lemon zest and white peaches, extremely elegant with a classy finish. A perfect aperitif or a great accompaniment to coq au vin blanc.

Adamas Pinot Noir 2005 A most enjoyable and approachable Red with aromas of fresh cherries. Silky tannins, balanced acidity and a lovely weight of soft red berry fruitiness. Superb partner for roast duck with a morello cherry sauce.
